How we redesigned and restructured Protergia's website

Rarefy designed and implemented a website with features to automate consultation bookings.

Business Need

Redesign old website with weak information architecture, restructure CTAs and make content easily updateable so that the brand has more control of the site.

Solution

Energy is not a new field in any regard. However, innovative solutions are always welcome, especially when these solutions are user-centered just like Protergia’s mission to provide Africa with world-class sustainable renewable energy infrastructure. The novelty of this solution lies in the excellent cost-to-income ratio that ensure they close the demand gap. Protergia is a renewable energy company that is an affordable one-stop solution to clean renewable energy. Looking to redesign their website, Protergia approached Rarefy with a request for a revamped website that also gave the brand more control over content and posts. After meeting the stakeholders and research, Rarefy built a website that gave Protergia not just better visuals but better experience for the users. The new website provided easy access for users to reach the company and request a quote. This way, the experience is seamless for users and at the same time, converts more prospects to customers for the brand. This was implemented through clearer call-to-action elements. For an even better web experience, Rarefy made sure the new website had better information architecture. The blog posts flowed better with the website structure and the brand could easily update new content to keep their informed. This way, the website will keep its visitors engaged for longer periods since the whole experience will be fluid to them.
