We are looking for a skilled Frontend Engineer to join our growing product and client delivery team. You will work on a mix of internal products and client-facing web applications, helping us build interfaces that are fast, beautiful, and built to last. This is a hands-on role for someone who cares deeply about craft and wants to grow alongside a company that is scaling across Africa.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain high-quality, responsive web interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks

  • Collaborate closely with designers to translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, accessible UIs

  • Write clean, testable, and well-documented code following team conventions

  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to raising engineering standards across the team

  • Optimise applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility

  • Work with backend engineers to integrate APIs and data layers effectively

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of professional experience in frontend development

  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one modern framework (SvelteKit, React, or Vue)

  • Solid understanding of HTML semantics, CSS, and responsive design principles

  • Familiarity with version control (Git) and collaborative development workflows

  • Ability to read and implement designs from Figma with high fidelity

  • Good communication skills and comfort working in a small, fast-moving team
